it wouldnt let me download anything or delete anything. The CPU is loud at times, once so far it was really loud.I had to reformat my computer because I couldnt get the system security malware off. other than those two, its great This computer is fine. Thank goodness I know alittle about computers.

I regret purchasing this product.Worst when I told customer service of the main flaw, they offered to fix it but who will have to pay for reshipping, lost program data and repacking. Not recommended for purchase. This computer is not exactly what I expected. Guess: Me. The sellers needs to improve the quality of the product. It was sent to me with very poor sound reproduction and defective speaker plug-in holes. My 10 year-old computer produces much better sound than this Dell, plus my 10-year-old computer has a 10-year-old screen that yields much better image definition than this Dell.

I discourage anybody from buying the item The computer made a terrible noise and when connected to the same monitor that came with it, there was no display on the monitor. I returned it 2 weeks ago for a refund, it was received 12 days ago but I have not yet heard from anybody.

I felt like I was not treated well. I do not like being taken advantage of very poor service and I would discourage anyone from purchasing from your company. the computer arrived broken and i was ripped off and did not recieve my full refund. i had ato include a star in this review but it does not count.

I do wish they would have sent better speakers with it but other than that the machine is fast works great and the 19" monitor is excellent. This was wonderful machine. It has worked well since I have had and have not had any problems.
